Iyengarcertmark

Thanks for visiting my website. My studio was closed for the month of January 2013 because I  was in Pune, India studying at the Iyengar Institute. This was my 2nd time studying there and was better than I could have imagined.  The first time was in 2007 and I broke my foot after only being there a week so had to observe classes. Luckily this time I only got a cold:) If you would like to read about some of my experience while I was there please go to my blog, http://grahamwilliamsyogablog.wordpress.com.

I am excited to be back and start teaching again. Most classes are full for February but please email if you have any interest so I can tell you if there is space. If n0t March is just around the corner.

Namaste, Graham Williams

Life is short and we need to appreciate each moment. The goal of Graham Williams Yoga is to provide a safe environment where people can quiet their minds, let go of life’s distractions, be in the present moment, and learn to pay attention to their bodies. I want my students to leave their yoga classes feeling calm, centered, and confident.
