I recently had the privilege of attending the Reflection convention, Yoga For Therapy for Certified Iyengar Teachers in Portland, Oregon. The convention had over 500 Certifiied teachers from all over the United States as well as different parts of the world. We all had the wonderful opportunity to be in the presence of the incredibly gifted, esteemed, hard working Dr. Geeta Iyengar. I was very happy to have been a part of this wonderful opportunity.

Life is short and we need to appreciate each moment. The goal of Graham Williams Yoga is to provide an environment where people can quiet their minds, let go of life’s distractions, be in the present moment, and learn to pay attention to their bodies. I want my students to leave their yoga classes feeling calm, centered, and confident.
