Thanks for visiting my website.

I have decided, after being in business for 8 years, to change my studio name. I am excited to announce that I got permission to use the Iyengar name and have now officially changed my studio name to:

One of my next steps in this endeavor has been to create a new website. My wonderful student, Erin Debnam (www.erindebnam.com), has helped me with this process of taking new pictures as well as designing the website. The new website is www.iyengarraleigh.com. It is not quite finished but can be used now to find the current class schedule and workshop information. I am also excited to announce that I will have the ability to take Credit Cards but please bear with me while I work out any kinks as the website continues to be built. For now my email is still graham@grahamwilliamsyoga.com so please contact me with any questions you may have but you can now start referring to my new website for all the current schedule, workshops etc..

Thank you for all your support and dedication.

More changes to come that will be announced later.

Thank you all for your support and dedication

Life is short and we need to appreciate each moment. The goal of Graham Williams Yoga is to provide a safe environment where people can quiet their minds, let go of life’s distractions, be in the present moment, and learn to pay attention to their bodies. I want my students to leave their yoga classes feeling calm, centered, and confident.

Thanks for visiting my website. 2013 is just around the corner. My studio will be closed January 2013 b/c I  will be traveling to Pune, India to study at the Iyengar Institute. This will be my 2nd time to studying there.  The first time was in 2007  so I am very excited to be going back to study with the masters themselves. If you would like to keep up with me while I am away I will have a blog address that I will post soon.
I am sorry to have to close my studio but look forward to sharing with all of you what I learn. In the meantime please keep up your HOME Practice, remember to breath, be present and don’t take any day for granted.
Please check my schedule for the classes I will be having in February . I wish you all a wonderful, healthy, happy month of January.
Namaste, Graham Williams
